What a challenging year to really keep any goal. By the end of March, the world had completely come to a stop and it really hasn’t come back alive since. I had set a few goals that were no longer going to be possible like 13 tasting menus or 300 runs. My Personal Goals for 2019

I’ve been doing goals or new years resolutions for most of my adult life. I started publishing my big goals for the year back in 2015. I’m not always perfect but its a good way for me to be accountable for what I want to accomplish for the year ahead. I’ve had my list of 2019 goals written down since October of 2018, but was late in getting them on the blog. I’ve made my goals far more straightforward this year. Five goals, no sub-goals and I plan to hit all five. Let’s go through them.

2017: My Year in Numbers

I've got a string of year-end articles that I like to write up. This one began with my first Apple Watch in 2015. For the past couple of years, I've become somewhat addicted to tracking my daily performance in a slew of different categories. I just find it to be a fun, easy thing to do, to try to be my best self. Whether it's getting enough sleep, taking more than 10,000 steps a day, or reading as much as I can, it's all fun ways to track my day to day.
