Our final day of the trip is here. We spent it basking in the beautiful Greek sun, enjoying a delicious Italian dinner at the hotel, and finished the day with bubbles and tennis.

It didn’t take us long to find a rhythm on the beautiful island of Crete. We started today with breakfast and another extended day at the pool before having a restful evening and a great dinner at the oceans edge.

Our first full day in Crete at the Domes of Elounda is now in the books. We found our rhythm early, spent most of our morning at the pool, and finished off the day with a beautiful ocean-view dinner in town.

Our last stop of this nearly three week trip is here. We left early in the morning to catch a flight from Athens to Crete and then had an hour drive to our hotel, Domes of Elounda. After a late check-in we were finally able to get our room and enjoy our first night on this beautiful island.

In our final day in Athens we took Elle to the National Garden where she walked around and made some friends at the playground. We finished our time with Athens with some good old fashion American barbecue at a Michelin guide restaurant near our hotel.

Today marks our first day in Athens, and our big excursion was to the Acropolis. Elle loved every second of it, but our favorite memory will always be her calling the people dressed up as Spartans, “Santa.”
