Chef Joel & Jenn: Beef Lasagna

Similar to our Butter Chicken recipe from a week ago, this isn't the first time we've tried to make Beef Lasagna. When we first started to cook at home in 2010 or 2011 we tried to make lasagna. A couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon a deal to go to Oak Grill at the Island Hotel only a couple of steps away from our new apartment, so we of course obliged.
