My Top 5 Games of 2015

Sadly 2015 was probably the least amount of games I played in a long time. With two moves and just less games that appealed to me personally I just didn't put in the hours on my consoles like I have in the past couple of years. That's not to say I've at all fallen out of love with gaming or that I've grown bored of it. The games of 2015 were spectacular, in fact it might have been one of the best years in recent history. Sadly though the majority of those amazing games were in genres that I don't love.

Recapping the Weekend in Los Angeles for E3 2015

Recapping An Incredible E3 2014

After a great Sunday in Los Angeles I woke up bright and early on Monday (June 10th) to head down to Los Angeles to attend the four big press conferences (Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, and Sony). I made a last minute decision (not something I normally do) and ended up making a u-turn and heading back home to experience E3 from home for the first time in three years.

Second New Console This Year, The Xbox One

One week following the release of the Playstation 4, comes the Xbox One. As a huge fan of video games (I own a video game website for reference) this sort of experience is the pinnacle of my obsession. Consider that a console life cycle historically averages 7-10 years and you can begin to understand the magnitude of a release. So when I heard the Xbox One and Playstation 4 would be releasing a week apart it just sounded too good to be true.
