This years trip is the longest trip either of us have ever taken. When its all said and done we will be gone for almost an entire month. One of the things we tried to balance when planning this trip was seeing as much as we can but still enjoying ourselves. Europe's an incredible continent rich with history and places to see, a lot of times short train rides away. 

I'm still in shock how much Jenn and I have been able to see on our transit days. I figured when we booked this trip that days like yesterday would be spent getting settled in, but that just hasn't been the case. We woke up this morning still feeling the energy of yesterday. Unlike yesterday we also woke up to crystal blue skies and a nice sunny morning.

We woke up this morning with more energy then I expected. We got ready and headed downstairs a little after 8AM to check out and grab our Uber to the train station. This time luckily the entire pick-up and drop off sequence went flawlessly with Uber and we arrived at the Prague Station twenty minutes before our 8:50AM departure.

As I write this I'm not really sure how Jenn and I have any energy at this point. As we hit day twelve of the Ultimate Europe Trip I'm starting to realize we're just hitting the half way point. That's what made this morning so dang perfect. Our one and only activity today didn't start until 2PM so that gave us the entire morning to do absolutely nothing and that's basically what we did. I didn't go out for a run until almost 9:30AM and got back with coffees and waffles from Starbucks at close to 10:30AM. It felt amazing. 

Yesterday was a truly great day. And sometimes on trips it can be really hard to figure out what to do after them. This morning we woke up late after 8AM which for me is unheard of. I must be on vacation. I went for a run while Jenn continued to sleep. I once again grabbed us our morning drinks after my run at the Starbucks around the corner. 

After what I'd consider the amuse-bouche of our time in Prague yesterday, today is where we really got to embrace the city. I woke up at around 7AM and went for a run while Jenn continued to rest. After my workout I grabbed us both Starbucks which is around the corner from our hotel and we enjoyed them in our room while we got ready for the day.
