After a busy April, we knew that the craziness wasn’t going to let up in May with two big work trips and my parents visiting from California, it was going to be a jam-packed month.

I cannot imagine a better month than April. Starting with a quick trip to Paris and ending with a week in California, it was a month that I won’t soon forget.

March although a long month felt like it was over in a blink of an eye. Both Jenn and I started the month sick but by the end, we were both on our way to Paris and ready for our first “vacation” since the Maldives in September.

February was a crazy busy month that feels like it’s just starting to open the floodgates to what’s going to be a busy year with no sign of slowing down anytime soon.

After a great end to 2021, we started off 2022 with a bang. From two incredible operas, to an eight-course chef’s table tasting menu, to two big snowstorms this month had it all.

Last year was such a hard year. No matter how you cut it, coming out of 2020 all you could do is feel like you were fortunate to come out of it with your health and sanity. Unfortunately, it wasn’t like the pandemic decided that with a new President and a change of the calendar year everything would magically disappear. Although not the raging panic that it was in New York City in March of 2020, much of 2021 was still dominated by COVID.
