This is probably the longest monthly update I’ve given in 2021. We had two new jobs, three Michelin dinners, booster shots, Christmas decorating, and a trip to California. All before the ball dropped in Times Square.

What a month November turned out to be. Starting with the arrival of a new family member, to a family visit, and a super sick Thanksgiving week, November had a little bit of everything.

Broadway is back, the weather is perfect, the leaves are starting to turn, and I couldn’t think of a better month this year then October. It is one of those months that when I picture in my head living in New York City, this is what I imagine.

After over two years Jenn and I were finally able to travel abroad together and it was magical. After a lot of back and forth we booked a trip to the Maldives and it was the best decision we made all year. The rest of the month wasn’t too bad either!

I cannot believe that we’ve already reached the end of summer. It feels like just yesterday we arrived in New York at the start of spring. In some ways, it sort of is hard to imagine it getting cold again. Before it does though we had a jam-packed August with birthdays, travel, and Manhattan adventures.

After an incredibly busy and frantic June, we came into July just back from California with me starting a new job and the summer in full effect in New York City.
