It was an incredibly busy December. From two work trips to the holidays we had a lot going on this month.

We started November in California and ended it decorating our Christmas tree in New York and looking forward to spending the holidays together.

This is going to be a long recap. We’ve had an incredibly busy October. As I’m writing this on November 3rd, we are only a few days away from the election, and we just arrived back from California seven hours ago. The clock has fallen back, and Jenn and I are celebrating 21 years together. But that will be for next month’s post. Let's start with four weeks ago.

September is always one of our favorite months living in the city. As Elle turns 4 months old she was able to spend more time with her Uncle Jake and her parents. What a great month!

August kicked off with our birthdays. We spent the day at the Whitney Museum and had lunch at Le Coucou. The next weekend, we saw Once Upon a Mattress on Broadway. We took Elle to the Botanical Gardens and I had my first work trip to Paris since she was born. We ended the month with a quick trip to Montreal.

Looking back on July it was quite the month. Jenn had two battle c-diff twice, spending a lot of her month back at the doctors, while Elle continued to grow, her personality just starting to poke through.
