Ty Pennington Gets DUI?

I will admit to being a fan of Extreme Makeover Home Edition, mainly because they are always such feel good stories. One of the best parts of the show is the overly charismatic Ty Pennington originally from the TLC show Trading Spaces. Most of you know of Ty, and I always thought of him as being a pretty good guy. Well I don't know if this is old news or not, but the man got a DUI and has been sentenced to 36 months of probation. I have to admit that I am really tired of hearing about all of these rich and famous actors, athletes, and musicians breaking the law. I get it, we all make mistakes, that is understandable, heck we all fall short of being perfect. But it seems like to many of these celebs believe they are above the law, and its a shame that a such a good guy image that Ty has always carried has to be tainted by a DUI charge. Well we can just pray that he can get that worked out.
