Well it has been a long time coming, but Fall Quarter 2006 is finally coming to a close, and man could it not come at a better time. As you go through these quarters you start to really grab a hold of the tendencies and really just realize what weeks your going to have to give more time then other weeks. However the ten week quarter system is fast and at times overwhelming and let me tell you right now I am feeling the burn. Next Thursday is my last final and then I am off to a new school, a new experience, and a new scary adventure. First I just have to get through the next week or so! Should be fun!

Update #1 (11/28/06)(9:55am): So now I am sitting in Race and Racism after an extremely long morning. Can you say a blow out on the freeway? Luckily I got off the freeway safely but let me just say it was a long start to the morning.

Whenever there is a movie with a great message I try to post the movie trailer, and what better then a movie about the birth of our Lord and Savior! The Nativity Story I believe is scheduled to come out this year, and is definitely a must see movie!

Nintendo Wii

Yes you heard that correctly after camping out on my computer for a day waiting for the EBGames pre-order (with the help of my younger brother Jake) we managed to grab ourselves the new Nintendo Wii. The package was delivered today however being that I am at school today makes it near impossible for me to play. What a bummer to because the console looks like so much fun! Anyways if I don’t post in a while its because I am to busy with my new console or maybe school/work! Who knows all I can say is I can’t wait to try it out!

Well I am busy to say the least. I have so many things going on right now that I feel like the world is turning but I am just trying to keep things together. First off I have to schedule my classes for UCI next Monday, and that means that I need to get down there and figure out what I am going to take. UCI definitly seems like it is much more strict on what classes you can take as the schedules are no where near as plentiful as CSUSB right now. Oh well! I am almost done and I have my eye on the prize, a UCI Degree.

I had a Calculus midterm today (the one class I need to do well in because it applies to my manager) and it was one of the more difficult tests I have ever taken. I just hope I can get a C in that class as I need it to get into the Business Econ major as my current Studio Art major I cannot get out of until I get Calculus done! I also have a nice size paper due on Thursday and an 8 page Business Law paper due in a few weeks as well. And to bring it all together I also have two massive piles of games sitting at home ready to review and the amount of time to do it seems to be shrinking!

But here with all of this a word of encouragement:

“God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort.” 2 Corinthians 1:3 NLT

Who hasn’t liked the Mac commercials? In fact I am actually hoping to get one for Christmas this year as I have loved my Mac Mini and can’t wait to try out there Mac Book. Anyways enjoy this short Mac Commercial Spoof that is actually quite humorous.

A recent article I read in the paper (probably a few weeks ago now) was bringing up the subject of if you could go talk to someone who has already passed away who would it be and why? The question although of a simplistic nature does really make you think and you will be surprised at how much the answer will change from ever person you talk to. However it does take some good reflection and some time to sit back and think.

What it also reminded me of though was that being a believer in Jesus Christ this makes me believe that all the people I love and care about that do know Jesus Christ as there personal Lord and Savior will be up there with me and I will talk to them again. Like I said earlier though this is a topic that every person you ask will come up with a different answer and to me it makes for some good inner-thought.

“Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.” Ephesians 1:4

Well as many of you know I am a big gamer. After hosting a radio show on video games, and my continuous pursuit of gaming journalism reviewing the latest games in the market for the last four to five years I have to say I am excited about some of the upcoming releases in the market. With the upcoming Nintendo Wii (which looks awesome) and the Sony Playstation 3 (kind of expensive) and a ton of great games it really is a great time to be a gamer! The big question is can I manage to get my hands on a Wii?

So I am starting to really enjoy You Tube. Although I am a little late on the ball (not common for me), I have to say that there are some really funny videos on there. One of which I saw back in High School and forgot about which is a stand up comedy by Pablo Fransisco on Comedy Central. Check out this clip of his show which involves some of the best impressions of movie previews I have ever seen!

Well two of the best videos I have found on YouTube is this video which is titled “I Bought it On eBay” and “Complicated Song” which are really just a really enjoyable and are worth watching for sure! Hope you all enjoy!
