The World of Joel

Well after much deliberation and much prayer I have made my final college decision. I will be attending (Lord Willing, and if I pass all of my Fall 2006 classes) the University of California Irvine. This was an extremely tough decision to come to and one that does come with a load of new decisions that I have to make. I made this decision last night with Jenn and we clicked the accept button. I have requested a change of major for Business Economics, as Studio Art is about the last major I want to be in. I will continue to update everyone with how the transformation to UCI goes! It should be an interesting experience! Happy Halloween everyone!

In what is a multiple part series from GameTrailers.com, I thought it would be cool to show my favorite game of all time Zelda Ocarina of Time which is what many consider to be the best video game ever created. It definitely was my favorite.

Today I got the late decision from UC Irvine that they have accepted to me into there school under a Studio Art major. Now of course this is not the major I want to go into, but the opportunity is a huge deal. I can’t help but try to be fair about this decision knowing that Jenn will be going to UCR for at least the next two quarters. I have to make the decision within the next few days and until then I will let everyone know when I have made a final decision.

Many times I just come across movies I want to see and today was a day where I saw a movie trailer that just struck me as original. Sure we have seen a lot of football movies, but one that also preaches the word of God? Now that seems like the ultimate combo!

Well today is Tuesday, I just had Monday off and Jenn and I went down to Disneyland to spend some time together. We really didn’t take much time to ride the rides but I guess that is what a season pass is for. It was so nice to get out and relax and eat some good food at the Jazz Restaurant down in Downtown Disney. Now I am back in class and just dreading this whole school thing. With work and school I am just running on fumes!!

All I can Say is Down With Compaq! I could bother you all with my hour long discussion with there tech support. Or how I have sent my notebook in for repair on more occasions then I have fingers and almost toes. But alas all I can say is I will never buy a Compaq/HP Notebook Again! Neither should you! Can you say Apple?
